The vast majority of items will be despatched using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, or using a secure, insured and trackable service from one of our preferred couriers. We accept full responsibility for orders reaching you or your customer and orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. When other methods of delivery are used we shall always request proof of postage and therefore can accept no responsibility for failed delivery. We will however be pleased to assist you in tracing your order as best we can and under exceptional circumstances will issue a replacement product. Once an order has been despatched we will send you an email confirming just that. This email shall also include method of shipment, expected delivery date and where available the tracking number for your order, which will allow you to track your order online. It is extremely important that you are available to receive your delivery. If you are not there to accept your delivery the postman / courier will leave a card and you will have to collect it from the local Royal Mail / Courier Depot within 5 days, or they may give you the option of having your order redelivered at a time that suits you. If you have not contacted the courier / Royal Mail and it is not collected or delivered within 5 days it will be returned to sender and any re-delivery costs will be passed on to the customer. Late Deliveries It is perhaps important to point out that it is an unfortunate inevitability that there will be a very small percentage of later than expected deliveries, particularly during busy periods like the lead up to Christmas. We sincerely hope that our customers will appreciate that whilst we strive to obtain the best delivery lead times and to deliver within the timescales stated, once the order has been despatched we cannot be held liable for any delays caused. Returns It is accepted that occasionally a need may arise for an item to be returned. For details of our Returns Policy please read our Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours from delivery.
In-Correct Goods
It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 48 hours from delivery.
If the Customer cannot accept delivery, Ulnocked-mobiles.co.uk may at its option:
(a) store and insure the goods at the Customer's expense and risk or
(b) sell the goods at the best price reasonably obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage insurance and selling costs) pay to the Customer any excess over the sale price or charge the Customer for any shortfall.
Damage in transit
Ulnocked-mobiles.co.uk does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Customer notifies us of the shortage or damage in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
The Customer has to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery.
Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 3 days from the dispatched delivery date.
The Customer may request a Proof of Delivery, provided that this request is made in writing within 10 days of the date of delivery and the seller shall use reasonable endeavors to provide such proof. Thereafter, delivery shall be deemed to have been successfully completed.
